Evite comes to mind.  It’s not specific to bachelorette parties- just parties in general.  Once you send out the evite invitation (by email), all of your guests are then able to rsvp, comment, see the guest list and so on.  You can add updates about activities and costs as you like.

How about a Facebook event? (If all guests have it.) You can post what you know now and update it later. My MOH did that and it worked out really well.
