@RockStar33:  that sounds like such a blast!!

My girls and I went to a pole dancing class. We got to bring our own wine. It was so much fun! Then that night they surprised me with a male stripper – he came to my house. Everyone was crying because we were laughing so hard. Then we took a limo out and had fun on the town!

Have fun at yours!

We went wine tasting at a local winery followed by dinner at a nice Mexican restaurant. After that we went to a hysterical comedy show featuring a bunch of comedy central comedians and then concluded our night with gay bar karaoke. My Maid/Matron of Honor arranged a limo for us for the night so no one had to worry about driving. My bachelorette party couldn’t have been any better if I planned it myself.

@RockStar33:  Yea, it was a great time. We actually got to witness a karaoke proposal while we were there.

Well I’m going to dallas for my bachelorette/b-day party. It’s more of a girls nite out theme instead of it really focusing on me. We are eating out at the cheesecake factory and then headed to the club. I’m hoping we can ride in style and rent a stretch hummer.

I’m letting my maids take the reigns, but I’ve “hinted” that it would be fun to rent a cabin (with a hot tub, obviously).

My bm’s are planning a night out at a club/bar.  I don’t drink much but I LOVE to dance.

three of my friends are pregnant so i didn’t want them to have to travel far.  most of my girls are in san diego so i told them a spa weekend in palm springs would be lovely.  we ended up doing spa weekend in LA because my sister said her friend just did a bachelorette party in palm springs and it was boring.

my sister loves korean spa so she convinced 14 other girls to go along with this.  if you’ve never been to korean spa, you’re in for an interesting experience.  you are completely naked.  your massage is in a communal room with about 15 other women and the therapist wears lace bra and panties.  but darn it was the best massage i’ve ever had in my life.  i didn’t care i was standing naked in front of 14 of my gilrfriends.  it was quite the bonding experience.

other highlights of the weekend included one of my friends screaming, “we are not hookers.” to some guys driving a white range rover on wilshire blvd.  this was after going to a ucla bar and getting asked what year we all were.  we laughed and told them most of us graduated college about ten years ago. the only ucla alum had finished grad school and law school and was a few months pregnant. we gave the petroleum engineers in town for an engineering competition some sage advice before leaving the bar.  we drove by the beverly hilton and a friend used her iphone to see if we could book a room at the hotel (this was right after whitney houston died at the hotel).  it was a great weekend.  we ate great food and spent time just hanging out.

@UpstateCait:  I am so hoping to go wine tasting.  I think it will be fun but not too crazy.  Most of my wedding party is already married several with kids.

our plan is to go to Put-In-Bay…pool bars, winery tours, just general fun and boozing 🙂
