Hey ladies- I need some help on this one. I’m working on the shirts for my bff’s bachelorette and I’m pretty stumped on ideas. I want them to be designed by us, not cookie cutter off a website. I’d love to see pictures of shirts you have worn/made for bachelorette parties before. Or maybe even write a reply if you can remember one that you’ve seen but weren’t involved in. Some details for you: it’ll be at the beach, may 09, we want fuscia shirts with black writing. I’d love any tips/ideas!!

how about coming up with a name for your party, like ‘garrison’s girls’ or something else that has meaning to you? the backs of the shirts can have a special nicknames for each your girls – like a name on a sports team shirt. the back of yours can say ‘bride.’

Do you watch the show "How I Met Your Mother?" They have an ongoing joke about awkwardly introducing your friend to a hot girl/guy…"Hi, have you met Ted?" We couldn’t use my friend’s name b/c her little sister was going to be using the bride’s ID since she was underage. So, instead, we created tshirts saying "have you met the mrs?" for all of the friends and a shirt saying "i’m the mrs" for the bride. Our shirts were black with fushia writing and her’s was white. Not too cheesy or crazy. The were super cute – we got them from undergroundprinting.com (Disclosure, our friends own the business).

For one I went to last year we all went and got the cheesy airbrush shirt’s made. We put the Brides name on the front X’s Bachelorette 2008, then we wrote our own funny made up name on the back, some just related to drinks.
If you come up with any other ideas let us know, b/c I’m going to another one in a few weeks. Would love to think of some other ideas.

we went all dressed up with sashes and i did one where we had huge buttons that said i’m so and so and i’m a bridesmaid"
We also had little dare buttons that said things like “get the bartenders phone #” and after she did them she got to wear them like a girl scout badge.
I got the buttons on zazzle and they came super fast and were so cute!

Oooh I like the idea of doing sashes or feather boas. Maybe a "BRIDE" or "SOON TO BE MRS" for the bride, and we can wear the boas. The dare buttons sound like a good time too!

You could also create T Shirts with a funny picture of the soon to be bride on them : )
