@FutureMrsK2014:  High five! Congratulations on taking control of your health. I have lost 60 pounds since February, and although much of it came from counting calories, I will say that what has made the biggest impact for me was eliminating wheat, dairy and added sugar. My cravings are completely under control, my blood sugar is stable, I don’t get hungry between meals, my belly bloat is gone and my skin has cleared up. Oh, and in the last 2 weeks I’ve lost 10 pounds.
