Anyone have any good suggestions? I’m not trying to lose weight or change anything drasatically, but when looking at pictures of me in my dress I’m noticing it’s a little flabbier back there than I would like! I eat very healthy and run (will be doing at least one 5K before the wedding). I have a little over two months until the wedding. Any ideas?

@dickinson: Rows http://www.ehow.com/video_2359948_back-row-exercise-weights.html for sure. There are a lot of options with weights so just get some 5lb and 8lb free weights and get started. 2 months is def enough time to tone up!

I’m using this program starting today. You should lift heavy and eat a lot of protein. (Lift heavy means finding a weight that is really difficult to get all the reps done with…not 5 lbs, a lot of protein is 1g per pound of body weight).

I’m currently doing the Body Bar Strength and Conditioning DVD. It uses a weighted bar about 4′ long instead of dumbbells but you don’t need the bar (I frequently drop mine and pick up lighter dumbbells when my arms and back are burning). I highly recommend it and bought it specifically for my back and upper arms.
