I don’t know of a low back low front corset bra, but can you have your alterations person sew in cups? You could also wear the bra adhesives, but depending on how busty you are it might not give you enough support.

I couldn’t find a corset with a low enough back for my dress so I went without one.  You could use the little stickups or have cups put in the dress.

Your best bet is to find a specialty bra store in your area.  I didn’t have any luck at the department stores.  They only sold shapewear, which didn’t give me enough support.

I think cups sewn in the front would work best for you if that’s possible or an adhesive bra like NuBra. I wear that when I have a top that needs it and they work great for me. However, I’m a small cup size, so that may be why it works well for me. Also, I would try it out beforehand to make sure you like the feeling and don’t break out or anything. Good luck!

I’d recommend trying this out:

You can wear it strapless if necessary,  but if you can get away with halter style straps, that will also give you the lift that most adhesive bras don’t.  Out of all the adhesive bras I tried, when my fiance saw me in those one, he said (without my asking anything) “That bra looks the best on you than any of the others”.  So it was settled at that point.  I’m wearing it with a open back (but not exactly strapless) deep v neck wedding dress.

Good luck!
