What about Shephards? They have the beach right there for you to get married on and they have indoor spaces in case of rain. There is also La Columbia in Clearwater and various beach houses available for rent in areas like Redington Shores and Indian Rocks. Here is a link

There is Nova 535, Bayside Banquets and the Bellair Community Center all in St. Pete. There are so many hotels and restaurants in South Tampa and along Clearwater Beach like the Rusty Pelican and the Riverhouse. It’s kind of hard to say because I know you want to get married on the beach, but are you looking for a venue for your reception that can accomodate the ceremony if need be? Or do you have a reception site already?

@ebarnes0:  Clearwater rec center, St Pete pavillion

Here are the links

The clearwater rec center has one of the best rental rates in the area but you have to pretty much cater everything yourself there.

@ebarnes0:  Haha what a coincidence, I sent that one in particular because I liked it the best out of the quick search I did. And I second the Clearwater Rec Center, it’s well priced and you could have your planner get everything you need for it. Plus you could really make it your own since it would be a blank canvas. I have heard rave reviews about Delectables Catering and got to taste some of their food as a bridal show. It was really awesome and their prices are great, even with open bar.

For a sit down dinner it ranges from like $23-$30 depending on the dish you select per person and that includes all china, flatware and linens. Each server is $100 and you have a supervisor for like $150. The chef is $100 if you have fewer than 75 guests, which is seems like you do. All in all, those are not bad prices. I’m paying more than that just in service charges to my venue. They even reduce prices for their food if it’s a luncheon like your reception would be if you chose slightly smaller portions. And their open bar is CHEAP. Like, less than $10 per person for premium liquor and wine for 4 hours. That is unheard of! I was going to book with this company but then Fiance really wanted to get married at this country club so we had to use their kitchen. But man, I would definitely have gone this route had I known then what I know now.
