So beautiful! Your photos would not look out of place on Pinterest (meant as a compliment, so I hope this comes across right). The details are so perfect, I never would have guessed this was a real wedding! May you both have a long and happy life together. 🙂

holy crap these are so beautiful, and we have very similar taste it seems, haha! I want similar greenery running along our tables, plus the petals all over the floor of the aisle look so dreamy and romantic!

Also, side note, makeup is a huge hobby of mine and yours is on point.

That looks amazing! Did you get a rental company to do the structure with the lighting? Can I ask how many guests you had? I am definitely tempted by the backyard wedding idea, but the rentals seem daunting when guest numbers increase.

This is like pinterest perfect! Seriously beautiful. I’m always curious about the logistics of these weddings and how realistic it is for someone to pull this off depending on budget….would love if you could share some details on how you did it!

Like…is the backyard as big as it looks from the photos? Is that giant wall of greenery in your backyard (the photo where you and bridesmaids are standing)? Where is the shot of you and your husband in front of mountains – is that off location?? How much were the rentals or construction of the tables, chairs, the strcuture the lights hang off of, etc? How did you manage catering (food cooked elsewhere and brought in, kept hot/cold? Or were they able to work in your kitchen?) Did you need to rent bathrooms or used the house ones? Did you set everything up yourselves or did you have like a wedding planner or professional decoraters/designers? Did you hire out for stuff like waiters, bar staff, DJ/sound equipment, etc or was everything DIY?

Sorry for the rush of questions. Also can I say your hair and makeup are GORGEOUS. I love seeing hair down at weddings!

Thank you for this post!   We have decided to have a backyard wedding at my parents who indicated it only made sense.

abyqyas it is so overwhelming but your style and exit is PRECISELY and I mean precisely what my vision was.

here are pics of their yard.

@lacyserrao:  Thank you for this amazing write up! It’s interesting to see all the hidden/behind-the-scenes costs or effort that you don’t normally think about! Congrats on pulling it offf
