(Closed) Bad Experience on David's Bridal

@elizabethantunes:  This sounds exactly like my experience, with the guessing of the sizes, and the unhelpfulness, and having to call. Did they cop an attitude when you called, too? Because they did that with me when I tried to check, until they realized I was the bride. 

Oh, and if you order online, and you need to return the item, keep track of the tracking number. They didn’t refund me my money even though the trakcing number was confirmed delivered. I stupidly thought I only needed the tracking number to be sure it wasn’t lost. After I saw it was delivered, I lost the number. 4 months later they still hadn’t refunded the money and then told me “they can’t do anything if I don’t give them the tracking number” even though I had a return authorization number and KNEW it had been delivered. I actually did find the number months later and as soon as I had that proof they refunded the money. Basically, you need to not only return it, but PROVE you did it several times.

However, I did recently stop in another DB out of necessity and they were completely different and super nice. I actually told them about the poor service and they were horrifed anyone would just tell us to “guess” at a size.
