Have you called and asked to speak to someone in charge?  Do you still have your copy (paper or electronic) of the proof?  It seems to me as if you should be able to get your money back.  Also, if you paid either with PayPal or with a credit card, you can dispute the charge based on not having received what you ordered.  PayPal is particularly good; I have gotten my money completely refunded on a couple of very expensive things that were either not delivered at all or were delivered in bad condition.

When you speak to customer service, for most companies the first answer is always no.  But if you then ask to speak to a manager, you are more likely to get the help you deserve.  Just keep insisting to speak to the next manager up.  If they insist they will not help, I would report to the BBB, and let them know that.  Also request your credit card company reverse payment.

If the proof that you signed off on was not followed, you should aboslutely be entitled to a free reprint of the entire order, and if they have good customer service they should expedite the shipping or offer you a rebate on top of the reprint.  This just sounds like bad business.  Call back and complain until it is taken care of.

I agree with all of the above. Especially if you have a copy of your proof. That is insane that a company is treating you that way. What did you pay it with? You poor thing, that must be such a damper on the wedding excitement. I can only imagine how pumped you were to see them, only to find them skrewed up! UGH! Not cool! Don’t let it get to you though. How much time do you have until the invites needed to be mailed? I would order some asap if they continue the crap (and you need them soon), and report them. They really shouldn’t let it go that far though, since that’s like committing business suicide. Demand that they redo them, and I’d even try to get my money back. THAT would be good business!  WOW i totally have an adrenaline rush for you! 😛
