At first contact seems like nice company to work with, up until the day of the wedding!
Thank goodness for friends, because mine had to watch this crew like hawks. After they set up the ceremony site, my friends knowing exactly what I wanted, had to fix the overlays and runners. Why ? I’d had a 2 hour meeting with the owner and everyting I wanted was in the contract.
The reception was another mess. My mom was in the ballroom checking on the cake, when she discovered that the chair cover sashes were tied all wrong and had to be redone. The other owner was there that day and didn’t know how to tie the sashes in the design we had contracted. She offered my mother a refund, but now the other owner is refusing. Over $500.00 for a job that had to be redone and still was not correct.
Any ideas what to do as far as going for the refund ? Thanks !
