I pinned all these when browsing for engagement rings, because I wanted a simple band w/ some sparkle for an engagement ring. Not sure if this is what you’re looking for…

Here is mine with my e-ring and a ring made with diamonds that were passed down from my mother. Mine is not my wedding band, it’s a gift I bought myself for my 40th ๐Ÿ™‚ a few weeks ago (there is nothing like treating yourself!!!)

Here is a color photo (with another ring – cheap one from Pandora). On the ring in question though, it’s a 1/2 eternity, the baguettes are not diamonds, they are ZAYA moissanites, that are the equivalent of almost 1 carat. I love this ring!! Just like you, I appreciate that it is pretty rare to see them today.

One last thing though, if I wear just that band and my ering I have a gap (definitely does not bother me, but I know some don’t like that look.)

winewithwedding :  Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

Would love to see your ering. I love to see ovals coming back in style, so pretty. You’ll have to share what you end up selecting!

I like the first one best.  My next pick would be the fourth one.  However I would need to see your e-ring to really know which one I’d suggest.

Fellow oval owner here! ๐Ÿ™‚

You might look at french-cuts. They tend to look more sparkly when dirty than baguettes (though I do love baguettes). Here are a few…

winewithwedding :  I love the names!! I currently have 3 more natural colors I rotate through, all slightly different shades. I have OPI’s bubble bath (more cream colored) then there is romper room (whitish pink) and perrenial chic (more of a tan pink, if that makes any sence) by essie

winewithwedding :  Great ring!  I still think the 1st or 4th would look best, provided they are fairly thin.  Would not want to take away from that sweet oval too much!

The polish looks great as well.  Reminds me of my current polish (OPI Funny Bunny) which I’ll also be wearing for my wedding.

My baguette wedding band I have an antique ering. For some reason it won’t let me post another photo but if you want to see then there’s a ton of pics on previous posts.
