I’ll second Wegmans, they’re pretty excellent in my experiences and probably more reasonable than a little bakery.  Giant and Weis would be options, too.

I’m not sure what prices/availability are for these places, but you could try contacting Amy’s Sweet’s and Treats, they have a little stand in the Allentown Farmer’s Market every weekend and do really cute and tasty cupcakes and cakes.

Connie’s Cakes and Cookies in Bethlehem

Louie’s Bakery in Emmaus

Village Bake Shop in Allentown

Dolci Patisserie in Hellertown

Good luck!  I really hope everything works out for you!!

@Ms.Sugarsnap:  I had issues with my wedding cake the week of our wedding.

I went to Walmart and for $220 got a lovely cake that fed 200 people.

I tried to upload the photo but it’s too big 🙁

Does anyone in your family or any of your friends have any baking skills? A cake that looks like what you’ve posted is extremely easy to make – you could even use cake mix, it would be just as delicious.

Buttercream frosting is also super easy to make, or you can buy it in tubs from bulk food stores. Or Michael’s stores.

You can make that cake for under $150.
