rosecut:  I love baklava… but wouldn’t that get really messy when you cut into it?

rosecut:  I think as long as there is ice cream and/or a 2nd dessert you are fine.  I think you are fine with just the ice cream.  My family would jump all over this.

Personally, I wouldn’t eat it because I’m not a fan. But its not my wedding and if you think it represents you then you should do it.

rosecut:  I’m an ice cream hog so yes 🙂

Though, I suppose the next question is what flavor would you have? Or would you have two to choose from?

rosecut:  I don’t know when your wedding is, but what about cider donuts with the baklava? I agree with others just to be safe with nut allergies (they are seriously scary), I would do donuts or some other complete dessert in addition.

P.S. Baklava..oh my god yum….

Baklava cake sounds amazing but I think some people are allergic to some of the ingredients in it so maybe have something else as an option?  Or maybe you don’t have to worry about that.

rosecut:  You could always leave a line at the bottom and put something there about if anyone has any serious dietary restrictions or allergies to list them on the line….
