I wanted a huge tulle ballgown, and I got one!

Street size 20 – they ordered me a 24.

This is the dress when I was trying them on.. however the one I was trying on was a size 16 so it was super snug and not fitted.

Also, I’m wearing the wrong slip under it so it’ll be poofier [had previously tried on an A-line]

I finally got my dress in! It needs to be taken in in the hips a tad, but I am IN LOVE with it. I was so nervous at first because the sample did not fit well at all in the store, but now that mine has actually come in, I just love it.

@lyssadelag  Ball gowns are SOOOO 2014!! I was reading the spring 2014 wedding review from the spring designer fashion shows and ball gowns are so back!  Which is awesome!  I am so over the A-line, lace, mermaid gowns…:)

I’m about a 8/10 on top and a 14/16 on bottom but I’ve also go 32Fs. My dress is actually A-line in the front (no pleats) and ballgown in the back (with pleats) and I think it suited me very well.

I’m a US size 18/20 and I loved my ball gown…it was the Sottero and Midgely Isabella.
