I am in love with this veil! However I am worried that it may look odd with a fuller dress, such as my gown (pictured below).
Are there any brides out there with ballgowns & shoulder length or shorter veils?
Thanks!
and Merry Christmas to those who celebrate. =)

I think I saw from pictures before… a ballgown with a short veil. I think it is a personal choice.

How about fingertip or elbow length? Or you only like the length shown in your picture?

@big monchhichi: I love the picture your posted. I’m really leaning towards a shoulder length veil. Thank You =)

@ronze073: Good that I can help 🙂 I think shoulder length veil + ball gown should work great together 🙂

i think the shoulder length veil would look great! but i would go for something more like big monchhichi posted..without the satin lining.

Honestly, it would not be my choice but you might be able to pull it off, however, I would keep the veil simple without any embellishments. I am wearing a ballgown with a lace edged mantilla fingertip veil. The best thing for you to do is to try on several shorter veils with your gown to see if you even like the look.

@totheislnds: I actually have a similar feeling. I didn’t mention it before because I wasn’t sure… maybe I was the only one who thought that. But after you mentioned it, so yes I agree… I think without a satin ribbon looks better
