At Cloisters they have a gorgeous spiral staircase indoors. They also have two ways to walk out to the outdoor ceremony area, so the wedding party can come one way and the bride comes a different way. I’ve got appointments all over Baltimore in the next two weeks, so if you can get me to understand what you want I can keep an eye out for you 🙂 Can you post a picture or link of what you mean?

@blairconway:  My favorite 2-sided staircase in Baltimore is the Hotel Monaco downtown. It’s not exactly like the pic you posted, but maybe worth a look? It’s my favorite because white marble stairs are very intrugal to Baltimorean architecture. All the places in Baltimore that are important to me have white marble stairs outfront (the same marble used to build the Washington Monuments…the one in DC and the one in Baltimore).

@blairconway: This is in DC not Baltimore, and it’s probably not quite the right kind of stairs, but this place has a gorgeous staircase: http://www.stroga.com/special-events/

It’s a yoga studio! That’s nicer than my yoga studio!

I’m pretty sure that The Walters Art Gallery has a dual staircase.
