This bugs me… You cannot spot train like the video says. You can PROBABLY “tone” your arms with these exercises if you already don’t have much body fat but you can’t eliminate fat from your arms just doing that. So depending on how much overall body fat you have, it MIGHT work for you.

 

My biggest concern is actually injury risk. If doing this exercise everyday actually makes your arms feel like it had a work out, I’m quite sure that you’ll end up with muscle imbalances and shoulder impingement.

 

My suggestion? Do tonnes of cardio to improve body composition and actual weight training to tone. Weight training should focus on muscle endurance instead of strength/hypertrophy/power. Don’t be afraid to use dumbbells.
