Yep, I’d be all over it if I was a local guest.  If you don’t have a ton of out of towners, I think it’s a good idea.

most def love this idea.  i’m just wonder how many people would leave it, as it may be difficult to carry.  plus i always tend to leave my favors unless they are edible.  still a great idea though, if you really want them, then you should do it.  i’m sure a lot of people will love them.

I would like them, but my cats would eat it!

They are pretty low maintenance and really relaxing to look at.  I like them.

I was planning on doing the same thing! So I of course voted YES ๐Ÿ™‚ However mine will be used as wedding reception table centerpieces to begin with, then some extra as random decor. I will have people take them home if they would like… I am also having a candy bar and disposable cameras at the tables as other favors as well, so there will be plenty of options for everyone ๐Ÿ™‚

i dont know if you already decided or not, but i am actually doing the same thing (with the exact same ones- we must of went to the same website) honestly, i dont care if my guests take it or leave it. i mean, its a gift that i really dont have to give. anyone can go into a store and buy a bag of herseys so why do a candy favor.  but bamboo is special, its expensive, and it has a good meaning, its lucky, peaceful, and beautiful. they are the fastest growing plant and its YOUR wedding, do what YOU want. nobody is going to say “omg a bamboo plant, id rather a chocolate bar” goodluck with it, i bet its going to be amazing!
