I do…. I dont even eat them anymore because everytime i do i get bad bad stomach pains and feel sooo sick…

@babybluz: not usually anymore.

Bananas and latex are a common cross-allergy.

Im not allergic to latex But im kinda confused what that would have to do with bannanas…

And yes i have issues with spinach too Fi thinks im crazy but its kinda nice to know im not the only one…

@babybluz: yup – gives me horrible IBS side effects… I don’t eat them at all anymore!  I hate it because they were my favorite “go-to” fruit!

i love BANANAS! they don’t bother me. i know a lot of babies/little kids that get constipated from them though.

OMG I was allergic to bananas for 8 years and had those horrible stomach pains and gas.  It started randomly when I was 8 and then left when I was 16ish.  I once had to go to the hospital because the pain got so bad I hyperventilated and lost oxygen to my extremities.  This is going to sound sooo bizarre, but I ate baby food bananas during those years because I was addicted to bananas and baby food bananas gave me no problems.  I guess the problem with bananas was in the seeds.  So if you’re not brave enough for baby food, then you could try shaving off the sides so you don’t eat the seeds.
