Hi Ladies! I was wondering if you could do me a favor. Could you send me a picture of your ring (engagement and/or wedding band) and tell me the size of your band (also helpful if you mention your ring size). I was looking at a ring (not engagement) and not sure if I want to ask the seller to increase the band and halo size. I recently bought a different ring on Etsy (shopping issues) and I believe the band is around 1.2 or 1.3mm or so…and it’s just not as sparkly as I was hoping it would be and I don’t want to make the same mistake.
Thanks in advance for letting me drool over your jewels!

Neither of my rings have diamonds in the bands. I have heard that its best for durability for a band with diamonds to be 2mm minimum.
Engagement ring is 2mm at its widest and tapers to 1.5 near my diamond.
Wedding band is 2.5mm
Finger size is 4.25

Could be the diamonds are poorly cut? My ering and wedding band are both size 3, 1.5mm and sparkle like heck..

Both my ering and wedding band are 2 mm and they sparkle like its their job. My finger is an 8.5

Mine is 2.2mm (5.75 finger, 1.5ct equiv moissanite) — I was really worried it would be too thick, but it is actually perfect. Sparkly, substantial, sturdy but still perfectly dainty.

I think my band is 2mm. Size 4 finger

my ering and the tapered baguette band are both 2mm (I think) the one with the princess cuts, no idea. I told the jeweler what I wanted to do with my mom’s stones and voilà! It’s a little thicker than the others. I have spacers in between because the stones were damaging my ering’s prongs.
