If price isn’t an issue I’d do another signature drink but honestly, what you are offering already is fine too. We’re having a full open bar but I’m considering asking the bartenders not to pour shots. I have some friends that like to throw back the tequila shots and I’d really prefer that not happen at our wedding. There’s a difference between being happy drunk and dancing, and being “I just took 5 shots of tequila” drunk and on the floor. I don’t know, Fiance will probably be very against this idea.

If people are going to get drunk, they’re going to do it no matter what is served. Another signature drink would be nice, if you can afford it, but don’t feel like you have to. What you’re offering is generous enough!

We did two signature drinks but also had full open bar. If you want to have two signature drinks and you could afford it, it would be nice to have them with different alcohol bases. Like one with Rum and one with Vodka.

I also think two would be nice (I like the example of rum and vodka; I don’t drink rum but I do drink vodka.) But you are definitely being generous enough – I wouldn’t think you were being stingy with just one drink, and if I didn’t like it I could find a beer or wine I like. Plus, I love champagne! So I wouldn’t feel like I was missing anything.

I think what you’re doing is just fine. 🙂

I agree with those who suggest another signature drink (using a different type of alcohol) IF you can afford it.  We will be doing a tequila drink, a vodka drink, a riesling, an albarino, a cab and a cotes du Rhone, along with beer.

There is a full bar downstairs that people can go to if they REALLY can’t drink any of our offerings, but I think we’ll have most people covered.

The choices you’ve made are perfect. If you really feel the need to add another drink… maybe not a signature drink but just something simple? Do you have any scotch drinkers at your wedding?
