I haven’t been to either but know people who have and everyone always says Barbados is nicer. It has the warm water, the white sand, etc.

I went to the Bahamas for spring break one year. Granted, it was Freeport, but it just wasn’t as amazing as they said it would be. The only beautiful/fun thing we did was go snorkeling. I would pick Barbados ๐Ÿ™‚

Barbados all the way! been to both and I loved it 100x more. I dont want to give you a hotel and direct you in any perticular way. But you can and will find great places.

I was underwhelmed by Barbados. They have totally destroyed their coral. I’ve been there twice for friends’ destination weddings, and really wished that we could have gone somewhere else. But, I find resorts/all inclusives annoying in general (when I travel, I like to interact with the locals and get a “real” travel experiences. I don’t really like going to foreign contries just to hang out at an American-owned resort)

I haven’t been to Barbados, but I have been to the Bahamas (Sandals Royal Bahamian) and loved every minute of it.  With that said, if I were to ever go back to the Bahamas, I would only go to an all-inclusive.  I had no desire to get out and explore the rest of the island, but the resort itself was amazing!

I’ve been to the Bahamas numerous times, so I chose Barbados.  Sorry, I don’t have a recommendation for a resort.
