all such beautiful dresses! I think the $2.00 dress is the hands down winner followed by that feathery $150.

My Casablanca 1971 was only $500-ish because the bridal salon just opened that weekend and lost the first check!

I have the Milana Maggie Soterro! I found it at my local thrift store!!! 89.00 still had tags on it. It was a sample gown…in my size. I was beyond excited. I saw it and freaked when I saw the Maggie tag. I had planned to just sell it on eBay till I tried it on woohoo. It was destiny! It’s in light gold/champagne color

Here’s mine!  It’s Jasmine Couture, and it will look a bit different (and fit!) after alterations.  I got it at a wonderful place called Church Street Bridal.  They sell samples to benefit charities that assist abused women.

Mine is Allure 8856. I paid $1308 including shipping insurance and tax, so $1213 for the dress. It’s a cafe colored charmeuse slip with an ivory lace overlay. It was more than I wanted to spend but the shop gave me $100 off and it looked awesome and was soo much more comfortable than any of the other dresses I tried on. Can’t wait to get it! This is a horrible picture btw but it’s all I have. I don’t really even need to wear a bra with it, but I’m giong to have cups sewn in and a bustle. The alterations may cost quite a bit since it’s all lace and I’m 5’5″ so it will be too long. What do you think!! 🙂

I got my gown for $660 which also included my hair piece. My sash is an additional $150 and I’m not sure how much alterations will be yet.

Orginially $1000, but got it for $425.00 because they discontinued it/were also having a sale.

Priscilla of Boston, Maeve.  I was crushed when POB went out of business; was able to find Maeve, pre-owned, on ebay, for $900. Fits perfectly, no alterations required.  It was meant to be! Not super cheap, but way less than original, and I never would have been able to afford the original price, my budget was $1000 or less…

Mine was $799, Casablanca 1936.  Funny thing is that it was $200 less compared to other stores I saw it at, I shopped around a bit.
