Two nice rustic venues in Northeast PA. Both within your budget, though Friedman Farms tends to nickle and dime folks by not including tables, chairs, linens, that you then have to rent from them. I think DIY can be more expensive in this region, particularly when you are going the rustic barn route.

  • Wedding: July 2017 - The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek

I don’t know if you’d be willing to travel almost to DC, but you might like our venue! We’re getting married outside and having our reception inside of a lodge owned by the county’s park and rec. It backs up to a large park area and a creek. You could certainly have lawn games on the grass. The max capacity is 120. Renting the venue is incredibly affordable too! we loved this place, but it didn’t end up working for us. Definitely afordable!
