(Closed) Barre + Cardio?

I used to take bar method classes when I lived in LA and I loved it! The results I saw and I’ve seen in others are great. I think running is overrated personally. Try doing the workout 5+ days a week and make sure you’re not slacking! I don’t push myself as much on my own vs in a class.

I take barre classes 2-3 times a week. I think they are great for toning. I despise running! So for cardio I do spin class a few times a week or interval/circuit training classes. It sounds like the turbo fire dvds would be good for you. If you don’t feel that one is enough, try doing two in a row.
