So this place that I fell in love with the for reception is a Bed and Breakfast with a barn where we are hoping to have the reception. The main problem right now is the whole bartender issue. We really wanted it to be a bit laid back with just a BYOB or something of the sort. However the B&B is telling us that we need a licensed and insured bartender. The licensed bartender I get, kind of, and we have a few friends that are willing to do it for free but none of them are issuered. I really want this place but this is the only thing holding us up because we dont have the money to paid 250 and hour for a licensed and insured bartender.
What is the deal with a license and insured bartenders? Wouldnt it be the same thing if we had a licensed bartender and renter’s insurance? How do licensed and insured bartenders usualy run
