One of my bridesmaids actually took care of this one for me at our wedding.  She was married 3 months before us, so I just reused what was left of her basket, and supplemented.  I don’t think we actually did a sign.  Here’s her list:

Hope that helps!

Bathroom kits

Woman’s (candle or reed diffuser)

Tampons
Pads
Deodorant
Bobby pins
Tide pen
Hairspray
Mouthwash
Little paper cups
Dental floss
Sewing kit
Aspirin
Zantac
Claritin
Safety pins

Men’s (candle with nice scent to be lit for the duration of the wedding)

Deodorant (might want to buy a bigger spray)
Mouthwash
Paper cups
Mints
Aspirin
Zantac
Claritin
Sewing kit
Safety pins
Tide pen
Dental floss

Band-aids…One of my friends at one wedding I went to hurt her finger and wouldn’t stop bleeding and the bandaid was a “life-saver”!

Ooh, nail file and bandaids! I should add that to the list!

I’m sensing a great “sticky” post for bathroom kits.  We should compile a list and post it! 😀

@Snow00774:  You’re welcome to build off my list if you’d like, and then, would you like to start the thread with your end product?  Then PM me and I’ll sticky it for you under “venue” or “reception” or something of the nature.  I’m sure we could get others to pitch in on sign ideas as well!

i pretty much included all of these in my bathroom baskets.  i bought a lot of the stuff from the dollar store which was great.  first aid kit from the dollar store had a bunch of stuff in it.  sewing kit was equipped with needle, thread, safety pins, etc.

i just had a short note so that all of the stuff wouldn’t be pilfered.  it didn’t work. the guy’s basket was almost empty at the end of the night.

Please help yourself

to feel your best;

And leave the rest

for other guests.
