Not from Canada either, but I started mine online and plan to go to the store and get some more stuff. Some people are just not online shoppers. And I feel I can see everything they have at the store.

lol alot of the online stuff they dont have in stores…. and the price to have it shipped is so high…. i felt bad. i had no idea! and theres no way to tell when youre registering online if its something they have in stores or just online. i def suggest doing it in the store…. and maybe just a few things online 🙂

I set up my information online, then did the bulk of my registering in stores (so I would know that what I was picking was in stock).  I then went online to add a few things I really wanted that weren’t available in stores (in hopes that someone might order online).

I was planning on sticking to the standards here, the Bay and Home Outfitters.  I hadn’t been in a BB&B before so after being disappointed in Home Outfitters we walked in.  We were impressed and registered on the spot.  I just recently realized that they won’t do in store pick up though!  I’ve never heard of a store not doing that and now I’m concerned for some of our guests since this is where most of our registry is.  I don’t want them to pay for shipping!

I would stick to mostly what is available in store, simply because of their shipping costs.  I have added quite a bit online (I love being able to do that!) and I’m hoping that most of it will be in store.
