hmm… I registed last Nov/Dec & I really can’t remember getting any incentives from BBB.. I know we got one from Crate & Barrel, it was a little heart dish.. I think maybe we didn’t register for enough $ for those to qualify.. I’d check with a BBB store

My understand of it is if someone buys you a certain dollar amount of a brand you get a gift card. for example if you register for $300 worth of calphalon products and those are all bought then you get a $50 gift card. I didn’t receive any from our reg. products so i don’t know about how they get it to you!

You can also get incentives for just registering for a set amount of certain brands.  With BBB you have to go into the store and ask for the forms to mail into those brands individually, along with a copy of your registry with the qualifying items highlighted.

At Williams Sonoma, you can download the forms online rather than going into the store.

We got a small fry pan from Calphalon since registered for $500 of Calphalon, kitchen shears for $400 of Wustof, a mini casserole dish for 6 pieces of Le Creuset, a cookbook for the Kitchenaid Pro, and something else I can’t remember.  The list of items should be online, but the forms are at the store.

Same process after people have bought you a set amount of certain brands.

I had the same question a few months ago 🙂

You have to go into the store and tell them which incentive forms you want. It’ll be the same office where you went to set up your registry. And if they’re like the BBB by me, the girl won’t believe you that you only qualify for the calphalon one, and will make you take home one of everything, so that you end up recycling 28 sheets of paper and killing a tree. :/

You fill out the form, print a copy of your registry to show that it meets the requirements, and then mail it to the company. Need to do a separate form for each brand you qualify for.
