@lilybugg78:  No it really needs to be at the same time, but different people have different sensitivities to interruptions.  For me, sometimes when I think I’ve had a restless sleep, my temp is still the same as normal (a low temp, not high).  So you might want to be consistent about it even through the disturbances (unless you get up) and then see what the results are.  You can always note a disturbance on whichever app you use, but your temp will still show up.

I agree with Mrs. Green Grass, but I’m the worst at following my own advice. I had super restless sleep this month and gave up on temping — and now I wish I hadn’t! I’m doing it no matter what next cycle!

@lilybugg78:  I’d do the 7:30 if you wake up at 7:30 every day.
