    Hi Keya! welcome to charting 🙂 Just to confirm, do you mean that your OPK was positive? If so then you did have a peak.

    Sorry…i should also add that sometimes its such a short window when testing BBT that maybe you missed the temp peak? Also how accurate is your thermometer and to what degree does it test to? I stopped testing my BBT because i would miss the window often even though i did O.

    You can ovulate up to 48 hours after a positive OPK. Your temp doesn’t rise until after you O, and it takes 3 days of elevated temps to confirm ovulation. If you got a postive on Friday you could have Oed on Sunday, which would mean your temp would just start rising today and it won’t be confirmed until Weds. Are you using an app to chart?

    MrsNerdy :  Oh good to know! I always thought it was like 12-24 hours maximum after O-ing. Maybe thats why I had such bad luck!
