Depends on where they’re hidden, Fiance usually hides mine in his parents’ bedroom (we each still live with our parents) and I don’t go in there so I don’t peak. But somewhere I usually go, hell yeah!

I would have before Darling Husband, for sure.

But until this year, we have always lived in tiny apartments.  Sometimes, Christmas present hiding was done in a corner under a blanket, where we had to say “Don’t lift that blanket, your presents are under there.”  He gets so much joy from surprising me, that even though I know where they are every year, I never peek.

Honestly? No….even though I know where my gift is. In a space above the garage….there is a christmas bag. Silly man is not very good at hiding things…..apparently he thinks I never look up?

Yeah, I’d peek.  And then I’d be sorry I did because even if I LOVED whatever it was, the surprise would be gone.   So maybe it’s for the best that my husband does his shopping on Christmas Eve.

I’ve known where gifts from my parents were hidden since I was five, and I know where Fiance hides my future presents now. I have never, and will never, check what I’m getting before Christmas day. It ruins the whole thing!

No . . . I’d be sad if someone found all the presents I bought for them.

@les105:  Even though I have zero patience, I have always been scared about finding out Xmas/bday presents before I am supposed to lol.

I’ve never gone looking for them or peeked… even as a kid.

I think that I’m always afraid to disappoint the person who got it for me.

No, I used to look every year when I was younger because I can’t stand surprises.  But now that I’m older I know that the surprise would be gone and I’d be sad so no I wouldn’t look.  I’d be tempted but no.

I would be so bummed if he snooped for his gifts so I think about that when I’m tempted to peak.  He’s good about not peaking his gifts as well.

Sometimes it can’t be helped though…last week our dog had gone into my closet and was then running around the house with one of my gifts for SO.  Apparently my hiding spots are good enough for people but not for sneeky puppies.

I don’t, even though I hate surprises.  Fiance hides his gifts from me pretty well, though!

I would, but I’d hate myself for it. I love to be surprised, but no one has ever been able to pull it off.
