You look fantastic as you are, you don’t need to lose any more. Well done on the 10 pound weight loss!

How do you feel? Do you feel beautiful and confident? That’s all that matters! πŸ™‚

You look lovely! You should do what makes you feel best. However, when do you have to start on your dress alterations? You probably should try not to change sizes too much after that in any body parts that are inside the dress.

I think you look great as is. Obviously your fiance likes you the way you are. Why let anonymous women on the internet have a more important voice than your future husband’s?

This is difficult because nobody wants to tell someone else to lose weight… Ever. It’s rude, unsupportive and unpleasant. If you feel good as you are, I wouldn’t bother. However, if you feel overweight (and it must also be said that you seem to be carrying weight on your waist, which is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease) then it certainly won’t harm either you or your long term health to lose another 10-15lb…. If that is what you truly want. Congratulations on your hard work so far though! Do you feel healthier?

I think you’re fine the way you are. I also just showed your photo to my fiance and asked him what he thought since men are more harsh about weight than women are often. He was really surprised that you felt like you needed to lose weight and was like “Seriously?”. Hope it helps to know that a guy who has no reason to lie to you still thinks you are at a fine weight. πŸ™‚

do you NEED to? No, you look great. But I think almost everyone wants to lose 10 lbs. congrats on your weight loss so far. I say keep up the good work until YOU feel beautiful, if you feel like you could lose 10-15 more then do it. I wish I had lost 15 (or more) pounds before my wedding..

Congrats on the loss, you look great!!! I voted that you should lose the 10-15 just for health reasons. I wear size 6 jeans and my doctor still encouraged me to lose a few more pounds because I carry it on my stomach. He encouraged me to lose it because my family has a terrible history of heart disease and diabetes. Even if your family is healthy, it definitely wont hurt you. If you decide to lose it, do it for the health benefits because you look great! Congrats again!

Are you just “sweating for the dress” or do you plan on continuing the diet/exercise? If it’s a long term goal, then keep at it and don’t worry about how many pounds you shed. Focus on your increased strength and endurance

You should if you want to. Your Fiance will think you’re beautiful no matter what, so do what makes YOU feel beautiful.

I can’t believe people actually voted to have you lose weight, it’s incredible the insensitivity of others. If you are comfortable then you should be fine. I think you’re fine. If we all were meant to be the same size, we all would have been made that way.

Chin up!

Hey, I’m also dieting to get down to the size I was when I first met my OH πŸ™‚ I’m not big (I was probably slightly smaller than you when I started dieting), but I just didn’t feel happy or comfortable in myself, as I’ve always been a lot smaller (the weight I’m happiest and healthiest at is about 119-122 pounds; I’m aiming for 122 initially, then will see how I feel).

I don’t think you would look too thin if you lost more weight, so I’d say go for it if it’s what you want. Equally, you don’t look too big.

I’d maybe just see how it goes, and not set a target as such, as targets can make you feel pressured IMO.

I selected lose weight, but what I really mean is continue exercising and eating healthy!  It will keep you more healthy, and I think as a natural result you will lose weight πŸ™‚  But if you were to get married tomorrow, I think you would look beautiful!!
