We had a beach wedding with starfish as the main “beachy” aspect, but I don’t really like beachy cakes, so we captured some of the rustic charm of the beach with rough buttercream. Our cake was keylime with fresh raspberries in white chocolate buttercream and then coconut with coconut cream cheese frosting.

We are planning a beach wedding at my fiance’s family house.  here are the two cakes that we sent to our baker and I’m excited to see what she comes up with. Ours will be much small with 3 tiers:

First layer: chocolate cake, hazelnut

Second layer: vanilla cake, coconut

Third Layer: lemon cake, raspberry
