Personally, I’m not sure of California’s weather..but I think March is a great month. Maybe even the end of March? I know here in South Fl..April on the beach can bring a little wind (slightly brisk if I dare say so). Good Luck on your decision

I have no idea how California weather is, but I’m doing an afternoon wedding in early March on the beach. My grandfather can’t really tolerate heat very well (he’s 85 this year and has heart problems) so any later in the year we’d run the risk of the weather being unbearably hot on the day-of.
March is usually nice here, if not a bit chilly (for us Floridians), but it hardly ever dips down below the 60s.

I would think about the holidays first and try to steer away from spring break and times people are usually off if you don’t want the beach to be very public during your wedding. I’ve seen so many cute ideas and inspiration to do a beach wedding, I love the idea.

were actually in the process of buying a house and the realtor told us by august wed be buying a house, so most likely we’d do an october wedding but idk if its too cold or ugly for a beach wedding?
