Keep in mind that Orlando itself is about 1.5 hours drive from the coast, so “beach” weddings will be more like a lakeside resort with fake sand than an actual beach. Also there are gators in pretty much any lake in Central Florida so the beach would be cosmetics only, not an actual beach.  If you want to have a wedding on a real beach, you’ll need to go to Tampa, Daytona, Cocoa, Vero, etc.

If lakeside is OK, there is a pretty nice Embassy Suites in Altamonte Springs area that backs up to Crane Roost Lake. There are some nice gazebos right next to the water. I think the hotel books weddings on the gazebos.

My friend is getting married at the Grand Plaza beachside resort in St. Pete. It hasn’t happened yet, but she seems happy with them so far.

I don’t know how far you’re willing to go (you’ll have to go at least 90 minutes to get to the beach), but I’d recommend St Petersburg and perhaps Siesta Key in Sarasota.
