@candiceburgin:  It is a beautiful location. It gets a little pricey during peak season on a weekend, but there are definitely ways to keep the costs down.

It looks really beautiful, but they aren’t very forthcoming about the cost.  Is it expensive?  I don’t really want to waste my time and theirs visiting if it’s way out of my budget, but I love the way it looks online!

Hey Lindsay,

I looked at my 2012 pricing list that they gave me when I was deciding on a venue and at that time, an April event was $12,500 for rental on Saturday, Friday was $9500 and Sunday was $6000. This does not include the catering, which is done exclusively through Jeffrey Miller (I think it was him at the time).

I copied and pasted the rest of the .PDF they sent me so I hope it’s somewhat readable:

The price includes:

Five Hour Rental 3 Hour Pre-Event with use of The Bridal Suite Including Champagne and Cheese platter for the Ladies and the Grooms Billiard Suite including Philly Pretzel Tray and Beverages for the Gentlemen One Event a Day Private Use of Entire Facility Liquors at the Coffee Station Champagne Toast Wine Cellar  Cocktail Hour Wine Tasting Rehearsal Included Ceremony Chairs  Seating Tables and Chivari Chairs with Black Cushions Outdoor Ceremony with Lakeside and Sunset View Incredible Rain Plan (10) 5 Star Rooms for Overnight Guests After Party At The Firepit And Lounge With Late Night Pizza And Beverages For Overnight Guests Lake Side Breakfast For Overnight Guests Emergency Backup Generator Seating for up to 300 guests  Award Winning Terraced and Landscaped Grounds  Terrazzo Ballroom Floor

I just looked at the LAKE HOUSE INN and fell in love!! it is amazing everything about it was great except the price! It was about $30,000 for a friday night. They give you Thursday night for free but for friday night its $4,500 to stay the night and $6,5000 for the rental fee and then $177 a person and they need 125 people for friday night.

I LOVE this place just wish i could swing this!
