So Fiance and I are going to pick up paint this morning to start work on our house and I found a bedding set I am really in love with.
I want to paint an accent wall but not to sure if I should use gold or silver. What do you ladies think??

That bedding set has a lot of silver in it (I adore its color scheme BTW; light blue and silver is my favorite color combination), but I voted other. My reasoning was that even though silver would certainly work, gold would make a nice accent wall if you want a bit of color contrast.
So I guess you should just ask yourself if you would prefer a perfectly matching color scheme or if you would prefer complementary colors. Now that I think about it, I prefer gold…

I love using complementary colors, but I think you’d need to go with a very subtle gold to make it work.
Something more like this:

@LindsayMaree: It would def be a light gold…and it will be patterned over a light beige

I think it should be more of a bronze-y gold tone.

if you want a really dramatic accent wall have you considered purple? i had a bedroom with similar colour bedding and i paired it with a medium to dark toned purple with grey undertones and it looked amazing.
