Bee Keeper

I’ve never heard of it for weight loss. I’ve only heard of it for fertility (royal jelly) and allergies…lol

Scully used to sprinkle it on her yogurt, even though she’s a scientist and should have known better.

Apparently it can help smooth skin. I’ve never heard of it for weightloss, though. Sounds like a gimmick diet.

@futurepilotswife_:  I have been on Magic slim whose main ingredient is Bee Pollen since this past friday. And I have lost 3 inches off my waist in about 8 days. It works to speed up what would normally be a slow process. I did it as a drastic measure because my dress came and it didn’t fit!!

I dont feel hungry and I drink about 4-5litres of water a day. the only exercise I have done is squats, lunges and situps. I walk for 30mins on occasion.

You only take a capsule once everday , 30mins before Breakfast and you are sorted for the whole day. You need to drink loads or you will get a headache and a dry mouth.

Like with anything in this world, you need to commit. There was a lady on here (WB classifieds) selling Bee Pollen in USA on FB called Flaunt it LLC, (please check it out) I found out about it and emailed the suppliers in Hong Kong to see if it was legit and they got back to me with minutes.

IT works and its all natural ingredients but be careful there are many fake products out there. They should look like that. HTH

You take Bee Pollen as part of the “Forever Living -Clean 9” program! And I’ve done this program, and I can honestly say, i’ve never felt as good!

It’s for 9 days, and you drink Aloe Vera Gel, take Bee Pollen, and vitamins. You also have to drink lots of water, and eat healthy.

I lost 12lb in 9 days, and 10 inches all over. The weight has stayed off, and I feel internally clensed. 🙂

I want to jump out of bed every day!

You should look into doing Clean 9! It’s amazing.

@futurepilotswife_:  Interesting! I’ve heard of it being used as a weight loss supplement before, but the weird thing is that I have an alternative medicine book that I’ve generally found to be excellent and very helpful, that says that bee pollen increases appetite. I took it for a while and found that I was hungrier and tended to eat more while I was taking it, which of course was not good for losing weight!

I guess if one were to take abunch of bee pollen and drastically reduce food intake, that would result in weight loss; bee pollen is amazing and very high in nutrients, so maybe that’s what people who lose weight taking it do? Do you know how much your coworker eats and works out on top of taking bee pollen?
