149.2 pounds. Erghhhhh. For reference I’m 5’8 and a bit tall. The extra pounds are the unfortunate result of 18 months of snuggling on the couch with my man, pizza and lots of wine.

I am trying to track my calories with MyFitnessPal, and am going to try and get back into a routine of exercise – ultimately aiming for 5 times per week. We’re talking about getting engaged in the next couple of months, and in anticipation of that finally happening I want to get into shape to be in prime dress-trying-on condition when the time comes hahahaha!

Good luck ladies!! Looking forward to some big losses over the next few weeks!!!

My starting weight is 62.4 kg/137.6 lbs, down from a starting weight of 67.5kg/148.8lbs. I’ve been working out like a maniac and really watching what I eat for the past few months.

My wedding is Oct. 18, and I am determined to be below 135lbs before that (stretch goal = 132lbs). I was 135lbs when Fiance and I started dating, and there’s a lot of symbolism in that number for me. I’m very close, but my progress has slowed in the past few weeks.  And I have work travel almost non-stop for the second half of September, which always makes diligent calorie counting tough. All that said, I’m in it to win it!

For motivation/inspiration, I’ll share one of my absolute favorite recipes to use when counting calories. It’s the SB diet vegetarian chili: http://southbeachdietrecipe.blogspot.fr/2009/11/vegetarian-chili-with-avocado-salsa.html. Without the avocado salsa, an entire pot is about 640 calories.  It’s delicious, healthy and incredibly filling.  Highly recommended!!

I could definitely use some good healthy recipes so please share! My wedding will be next September so I have lots of time but we all know how fast that will go. Good luck ladies!

Starting weight 140.4 lbs, only 5’4”.  I would like to lose 10-15 lbs, my wedding is this coming February and those last 10-15 have been the hardest to get off!  I’ll be tracking my calories and am trying to workout more, hopefully at least 3x/week.  I enjoy running but hurt my ankle a few months ago and it is still recovering (It hurts to walk in high heels – I hope it’s healed for the wedding!) so I’ve had to be careful about my workouts but bought a groupon for spinning which I hope is okay on my ankle.

My biggest challenge is working 12 hr shifts and getting breaks not necessarily when you’re hungry but you know you need to eat then because it’ll be a few hours until you get another break or not eat and come home starving and want to eat everything in sight.

Thanks for the recipe winnie1018!  Can’t wait to try it.  Good luck everyone!

I’m at 164.  I’ve lost about 10 lbs the last two months by working out like crazy and counting calories.  Hopefully I can get below 160 before my wedding in a few weeks.  🙂  Good luck everyone!

My starting weight is 135 lb and I would like to get down to around the weight I was at when I met my SO — at or below 120. I’m 5’4″ but have a small upper body so the extra weight is quite clear on my frame. I have been tracking calories using MyFitnessPal and I would like to sign up for a gym membership soon and start going 3-4x a week.

I haven’t weighed myself in a couple weeks, but will be at the gym to do it there tonight – after not working out for over a week (too much stuff going on!). I’ll go with 139 as my tentative starting. My weddingis in 37 days… and I’d like to lose 5lbs. It’s the same 5 lbs. I’ve been trying to lose for the last year – I had lost it, then gained… and now it just won’t come off!

We have a scale at home, but I’d rather see what the digital one at the gym says. Next week I get back into my usually workouts, for the most part. Otherwise, I plan to do something active at home (video) if I can’t make it to the gym.

My starting weight is 178.6 lbs. My goal this week is to incorporate exercise into my crazy schedule. I’m  also going to plan and prepare delicious healthy recipes for the week and will post the recipes I use on here.

I work night shift as an RN and I need to find that balance between work, family, and making myself a priority.

My starting weight is 145.4  (on a 5’4 frame it is extremely noticable). My goal weight is 130. Lightest I’ve weighed was 141 back in May. I got pregnant and put on some weight. I’ve since become not pregnant, so I’ve tried to lose the weight more actively lately. I weighed 164 back in Feb., so I’m doing well so far. I use MFP and I work out 6 days a week for 45 mins each. I’ve only been using the treadmill (there is one easily accessible to me) or I walk outside if the weather is nice. I’m really hoping I can knock out the 5.4lbs this month and focus on losing the 10 by Dec.

I want to follow in PP footsteps and not post my actual weight, because I’m huge, but whatever. I’ve already done it before, so might as well do it again! I’m starting over at 288.4. Womp womp. I was actually down to 210 in the summer of 2013, but I ate everything in the world, apparently. We have ten weeks, right? I’d like to be down to 275 by the halfway point on 10/15 and down to 259 by the end.

My starting weight is 189.1. I plan on continuing the plan that i’m already on. I eat high protein, low fat, low calorie. I also want to incorporate more exercise into my routine.
