I forgot to post my weight yesterday. I actually gained 1.5lbs. I am on my cycle which always makes me gain a little due to bloating. I haven’t been eating any different (i.e. worse) and I’ve been exercising more so I’m blaming it all on that time of the month. 🙂

Just writing for some motivation! My weight is coming off so slowly (i have hypothyroid so I think that contributes) but I feel so frustrated! I have been working so hard and feel like I should be further along. I am also paranoid that when I go on vacation I will gain back what I lost and it is stressing me out!
Has anyone else been here before?

nutmeg5512: Definitely know how you feel! I also have hypothyroidism and it’s especially frustrating because I was effortlessly skinny until I hit my mid-20’s (i’m now 34).
It also sucks to work hard for 2 weeks and then have a gluttonous weekend (or vacation) completely negate everything that you did.
If you have a very bad meal on vacation, just remember, it’s just one meal, you can always do better on your next meal, splitting an entree and/or dessert rather than finishing one on your own (especially if you don’t have time to work out). I often make the mistake of going into a spiral of several bad meals once I start. Have a wonderful vacation!

nutmeg5512: 157.4 not much loss since the first week, struggling. ffil is sick and things have been crazy with daughter baby shower coming up, trying to finish wedding details, etc just got side tracked.

MrsBP: for you strtarting weight I had you at 269.4- that’s what was posted. Is that correct or should it have been 169.4? Let me know!

nutmeg5512: That is correct at 269.4, I typo’d the first number yesterday that should say 257.4.
So i unfortunately did not lose 112 lbs in 3 weeks, but that would have been incredible and I would have been happy to buy a new dress to wear hahaha
