and I still can’t get over the mistakes the vendors made. I got back from my honeymoon a couple days ago. Looking at pictures of my decor just pisses me off.
I married the man of my dreams and knowing I have him makes me happy. But just the planning part and money and not getting what I paid fpr/asked for aggrivates me so much.
Any other bees go through this?

write a review on the company and be done with it.

I’m not married yet, but I’m sorry you had to go through that. You cant change the past so focus on the good parts of your wedding and your new marriage. And give the vendors that did a bad job bad reviews 🙂

we paid for draping to be all around us. Like a canopy – 4x 4 with the arch around the entrance. This is what we got:
The table covers were also wrong along with the centerpieces haha…everything looks so empty

It looks nice, even if its not what you asked for!

I don’t know if this will help, but at least it doesn’t look bad at all, it looks beautiful! I totally understand the frustration with it not looking exactly as you pictured and asked for, but if you want to look on the bright side, none of your guests will know that (unless you tell them :-)) They just saw beautiful decor and surely had no idea it didn’t look like how you wanted. They probably assumed it looked exactly like it was supposed to! I’m sorry you were disappointed, and I understand why, but I hope this thought makes you feel a little bit better. Also, I agree with others, you are a gorgeous couple, congrats!!

Understand that it’s not what you asked for but if it makes you feel an better it looks beautiful!! 😉

I’m sorry it’s not what you asked for either, but I agree: it, and you, look beautiful! 😀 I think the pictures will still end up looking gorgeous even if it’s not what you had in mind, and I’m sure all your guests saw was you, the beautiful couple, and how beautiful everything looked! So I would definitely give some negative reviews, but then focus on the GOOD memories you have: like starting your life off with your new husband!

Ask for a partial refund and give them a poor review everwhere you can find to review them online! That would make me feel better 🙂

I had the same problem — huge vendor issue on the day of my wedding. I went straight to the company and got a partial refund and wrote some reviews about my bad experience. It helps a little, but the fact is the day is done and there is nothing that you can do to change what happened. I promise you with time the negatives will fade away and you will only remember the happy parts. It’s been over two months now and I’m finally able to look back on all the GOOD and WONDERFUL things that happened and push the bad parts to the back of my mind.
You guys both look stunning — so focus on that! 😉 Congratulations!!

Your decor is beautiful! it may not be exactly what you envisioned, but if it helps, no one else at your wedding would think it was ugly.
I had a similar problem with my flowers. My aunt offered to arrange them. I was worried about letting her do it because I know how she is, but it was one of those “if I didn’t let her do then I’d be the most horrible niece in the world” things. Of course I was right to be worried because she didn’t “get” my vision. My pictures look OK, but the arrangements didn’t look like any of the inspiration photos that I sent her.
