I hope to lose 30 lbs but I’ll be happy if I lose at least 15! I just now jumped on the wagon. I’ve worked out twice this week for 30 minutes. I’ve been having salads for lunch and a light dinner.

I’m not looking to lose weight, but just started a new weight lifting plan and running daily. I’m used to running, but kinda new to weight lifting.

I’m looking to tone a little before the big day so I just purchased the Insanity Dvd’s. I tried them a few years ago and OMG they’re hard. I’m hoping I can see some results in 2 mos. πŸ™‚

I’ve actually been slacking big time this week!  I usually go to the gym 2-3 times a week but this week I didn’t go at all.  Just been a crazy week.  I am hoping to get back to it and go 3 times a week, cardio for 30 mins and then some light weight lifting for toning.  I hope to lose 5-7 lbs and tone up.  I am going to have to watch what I eat too…. ugghhhh  Wish I could just snap my fingers and lose those lbs…..  Good luck ladies!  We got this!

I’m like Hou25, I want to lose 30 lbs.  So far this year I have lost 25 lbs. So it is crunch time for me!  I am starting a bikini boot camp which is 3 days a week and i will also incorporate running and weight training as well so that way I can get in 2 hours at the gym with 2 days rest during the week. Fridays and Sundays.

I have lost about 20 pounds so far and my Maid/Matron of Honor and I are trying to lsoe another 20 ponds before september.

I dont really have a weight loss plan…I just need to tone my arms and try to exercise because I know my dress will fit better. But there’s soo much to do and soo little time. Starting to wonder if I’ll be able to have nice arms before the wedding in september πŸ™

@gonnabeMrsHH:  A friend of mine swears by doing dips.  I HATE them which means they must do wonders for your arms. I have a fireplace so I can do them at home if I am really bored, but I want toned arms also!

I don’t really need to lose weight (maybe like..10 pounds or so) but I was really going to try and tone a few less-than desirable areas. Namely my stomach and arms.

Havent been very motivated lately and stopped working out. πŸ™

I am trying to lose about 5-7 lbs by the end of July, when I elope, and keep it off until our reception party on September 2.

I am a lifetime member at weight watchers (though slightly above my goal right now), I got 5 personal training sessions for myself at the gym, and I went to my first TRX class this week and got my butt kicked. πŸ˜›  I also commute on my bike to work daily, but it is only about 3 miles round trip. 

My problem is portion sizes, snacking at the office, and all the great excuses to eat and DRINK that the summer provides.  What do you do to control those summer eating urges!?!?  (Thinking I should have planned the wedding for May and gotten to eat all summer!)

I’m also doing the Insanity program! I’ve done it before and the pounds just fall off!

I’m on day 4 of Insanity and so far so good. My goal is to be an avid runner again. I have the arm issue too and i’ve done the perfect push-up workout and it really tones without making you super bulky. I love it. Push-Ups do wonders for your chest, abs, and arms. I despise dips so I think they work. πŸ™‚ good luck ladies.
