How about a Tom Collins? It’s basically alcoholic lemonade made with gin and a very good punchbowl kind of drink. As long as you mix up the right proportions of alcohol to mixer, you should be fine with putting it in a dispenser.

Similar to Tom Collins but you could also do a whiskey sour, it’s lemon juice + whiskey.  Should be easy to whip up in a big batch.  Or there’s always sangria.

Tom Collins is perfect for that theme…  mojitos or some variety of sangria would keep well too.

really depends on what *type* of drink you want to go for. tom collin’s are great, but i always feel they’re very summery. for a seasonal drink you could do hot mulled cider, egg nog, kahlua + baileys + peppermint schnapps…basically what kind of drink are you looking for?
