We haven’t done ours yet, but the general gist will be information about the bridal party, explanation of traditions that will be included in the ceremony, titles and artists of any music in the ceremony, and notes about family members that are no longer with us.

we had the names of the VIPs (parents, grandparents, bridal party, readers, and officiant) on the left side, the order of events on the right side, and the on the back, we had a thank you note to our guests.

We are doing a tri-fold, double sided program. This was the first draft. Sorry for all the blocked out names! Under the “In Loving Memory” section, I will be attaching “tears of joy” packets (a single tissue in a cellophane envelope). They will be printed on 80lb. ivory cardstock.

The only thing we’ve changed in the final draft is that we replaced the panel with the song lyrics with a panel instructing our guests to use our WeddingMix video app.

@starz88962: These were mine.. We did program paddle fans.. I had to have  the bridal party silhouette ones.. We just added order of events and bridal party names.. Nothing to fancy and Also thanked them.. I think they came out great!

Hey ladies, I was just wondering where you got yours done? Online or locally? They are all lovely!

@Principessa Bunny:  I made mine on my Mac. Printed locally.

But mine is the least fancy of the bunch!

We also had an autumn, outdoor, secular ceremony! I incorporated our wedding colors and included the names of people in the ceremony (parents, officiant, and wedding party), ceremony order with song selections, information about the reception and cocktail hour with directions to the reception venue, a thank you note to all our guests, and a page remembering deceased family members.

I laid them out in InDesign and printed them at home. The covers were see-through vellum so that you could see the flower on the next page through them, and the inside was printed on a medium-weight paper with a slight shimmery sheen. We punched two holes on the spines and tied ribbon through them to bind.

@Principessa Bunny:  A very talented vendor on Etsy made me a digital file and then I printed them through Caprint printing and assembled myself!

@SoontobeMrsBartz:  That’s how I felt when I saw them too!! Here is her shop

I didn’t see the exact one I ordered on her page right now, but I would message her and ask about the Rustic Wedding Fan Program, I’m sure she can make you one. Here is the link to the one I purchased.

I did the simple version with Fun Facts and a Thank You on the back.
