- Wedding: September 2013
So, our wedding is about 6 and 1/2 months away. Originally FH and I decided on a very intimate affair (no more than 25 guests – family and closest friends). So, we settled on having a garden ceremony and then a lunch reception at a restaurant (small private room, no dancing). The ceremony is at 11AM and the reception will be at 1PM. We’re marrying in St. Augustine, FL. I’ve been thinking about it for the last couple of weeks, and I can’t help but feel like our wedding is going to be so boring! I’ve thought about providing mad libs and “advice for the bride and groom” at the tables, but that’s about it. I really want to have fun at my wedding (maybe just a little dancing). It doesn’t help that we’re on a budget and that no one in our family has a nice backyard, or can really cook anything. I have no idea what else we can do in St. Augustine during the day, or how to kick up our reception just a notch. Any suggestions bees?
