I use expedia to find cheap flights then book through the airline itself.  Or you could use a travel agent!

I love using https://www.google.com/flights/‎ now.  Is there any reaon you *have* to be there by 3pm.  Midday flights are typically the most expensive.

@frommisstomrs.:  Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity…to name a few will give you great options. Try Kayak.com which compares all the websites directly.

Also, I have learned that Tuesdays are the best days to book flights (especially in the morning). That is when airlines release the newest and cheapest fares.

Thebest I found on orbitz was $604 a person for round trip (from CVG).

@frommisstomrs.:  I’d clarify with the resort, but 3 PM is probably just the earliest you can check in.

Try expedia or travelocity to find a range of flights from all different airlines.

@frommisstomrs.:  I am usually great at booking flights, but I use tools online like expedia and such….a quick google search will get you a bunch of flight booking systems…

That just means that 3 pm is the earliest you can check in. It doesn’t mean you have to be there right at 3. You might check with the timeshare and see how late you can check in, though (i.e. is there someone manning the check in desk only at specific hours)

Agree with PP – expedia, travelocity, orbitz are good options to do your search. You can plug in the time of day you want the flight to leave (likely morning, if you want to arrive in the afternoon), etc.

I’ve never heard of a hotel that required you to check in by a certain time. That just means that’s the earliest that you can check in. The previous guest needs to check out by 11 or 12 usually so they have a gap in there to clean the room for you. If you’re worried though, just call them and day you won’t arrive unil X time but you still will be needing that night.

Look on Kayak.com – you can sort by time.  If 3pm is checkin, that just means they’ll have rooms ready then, but any place will let you drop bags off before that and go do something else.  You can also arrive later and they’ll still have the room if you’ve confirmed it.

I like the feature on Kayak that tells you the percent chance that the price will drop in one week, two weeks, etc.
