@dkacerek:  I would totally pick Bobby Flay. MESA Grill is my favorite restaurant and I love all of his recipes. Ages ago when I first started watching Food Network I thought he was arrogant, but now he has become my favorite celebu-chef. His arrogance is kind of tongue-in-cheek – he makes fun of himself a lot. I’ve met him before and he was super nice.
