Big Daddy aka Aaron McCargo, Jr. – the guy who won Season 4 of the Next Food Network Star a while back; all of his food sounded delicious plus he seems like a nice guy to work with

Yikes, I thought the OP asked about a chef, not “food network star”!
My pick would be Rene Redzepi. If I had to stick to a more “household name”, it’d be Thomas Keller.

Alice Waters <3 Fi and I are Berkeley people and we love her so much. I even had a dream about meeting her once! My favorite cookbook of all time is Lindsay Remolif Shere’s Chez Panisse Desserts (Ms Shere baked at Alice Water’s Chez Panisse). I would DIE if she catered our wedding, especially since she doesn’t do catering. haha!

By The Way My friend went to a wedding that Gordon Ramsay catered… I was flipping through the wedding pictures on facebook, and a photo of the menu showed up. I nearly peed myself with excitement!! Must have been one killer dinner. 🙂 Wedding was SO glitzy. It was at the London West Hollywood.
